Earth has fallen on its head in Greensurplus City, not a shadow of goodness in sight. When diverging natural laws could no longer be sustained, the environment caved, alongside the fabric of the living, It begat a fourth dimension to face a fourth dimensional problem; the Soul Wrencher’s Clock. The rationing of life became the rationing of time where every bonafide citizen of Greensurplus is entitled to nine soul stitches during the course of their lives. And when a stitch is down to mere fractional worth, the countdown to death is activated again. Beating the system is an everyday thought for Citizens. Unstable on his feet, borrowing every jolt corner he encounters to stay afloat, Loco Santana is running on fractions. And the Soul Wrencher’s Clock is ticking down to a stitch never to employ time.
