I don’t know anywhere on the world you paid for something, and the seller claims they did not get the money that would not be considered CREDIT CARD THEFT. I DON’T KNOW ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD THAT IS NOT THEFT. TALK ABOUT THEFT AND HIGHER ORDER ANIMALS. And here you must imagine what is stolen before everything else is stolen. THEFT IS A PSYCHODEGENERATIVE HORRIBLE CRIME.
