eCO (copyright.gov online) is OFFLINE, has been from 10.00PM Saturday till 3.00pm today. Today is a day to start the registration for IGNORANCE & POLIOPOLITICS. After 4PM perhaps. Reminds me my readers, i tried to use paypal to pay for all my copyrights registration but the US government does not accept it. They have their own deposit financial system as is expected.
