How?

Something truly disturbing to me my readers. How can a teen who can’t understand English speak it. How can he write it? If you cannot do both, how do you achieve the American dream? Theft, crimes, worse? I can do both and I am struggling and asking for stolen monies. How can someone who can’t write “stolen” know or recognize anything other than “theft”?
