I watched a documentary recently about group terrorism nd the residual harm it causes. And this German woman was asking herself how it was that HITLER achieved his hate-filled, oppressing, and deadly aims so fast. She then said she suddenly understood it, that it was all in the system long before HITLER verbalized it ever so openly and made it okay for people to inflict harm on people depending on who they are. It was already systemic and institutionalized.

It was then easy to kill people, destroy other people’s lives so they can take over their businesses and everything they own. it couldn’t get any easier than that. you give some dehumanizing 0r evil excuse as if what you are doing can be justified and is not terrorizing, evil and harmful, kill them off or send them off to death camps, take everything they own…it is sometimes difficult to believe people can also forget the history of their suffering.

It is sometimes shocking to me.
