ON ROAMING EYES AND MALFORMATIONS!

Interesting today. A  lawyer was awarded the sum of $1555 after failing to pay $85 ticket for overstaying a two hour free limit in a so called “VIRTUALLY EMPTY PARKING LOT” The sum was awarded after the private company “PARKING EYE” didn’t show up for court. To be fair to “PARKINGEYE,” maybe it just didn’t know which EYE to UNPACK and show up to court with. There are just way TOO MANY DOWN THERE. Talk about ROAMING EYES and MALFORMATIONS!
