Of judicial systems and governance

It will be amazing if major intelligence agencies in the world investigated cases of bridges in economic liberties i.e slavery especially if the government is accused of doing. It will be a lesson in judicial systems and governance. Whoever has the most enviably dignified judicial system in the world?
