Who is responsible for this crime?

My readers, just wondering what you think about this situation. If an employer for a tech company like Google, Apple, Spotify hacks another company from the company ‘s systems to commit financial crimes, fraud, theft and such, who is ultimately responsible for the hacking crimes? The employee or the tech company? Just wondering my readers, since stupid people seem to belief, having to commit crimes is not a hefty crime. There is never anything ethical in hacking for theft and fraud issue?

My readers, wherever you are in the world, I will never want to hide a book like CTTD in print versions behind some backdoor at a Bluesie jazz comedy fest.
