I just found some bandages my readers and I thought for a second what bandages could be for. My life, my actions don’t drop from an unknown paying dividend and fall to the ground beyond gravity. I don’t run around like some hopping frog who breaks a leg and walks on a straight, a headless chicken who dances in unfamiliar frames, or a pig pretending to be a bird. Pigs don’t fly in my world, they fly in NASA’S. And then I remembered. Bandages are for blisters. That which is formed in the harshness of the cold. Things you will never forget.
