I have never been indifferent to the reason I pray or what prayer truly implicates my readers. It implicates helplessness in certain matters, and not necessarily hopelessness. In fact, it’s an imperative for hope. I say a prayer that I don’t want evil people around me and oh how evil people pretend to be good. Because of such hypocrisy and deceit, I often pray that I never have evil people around me. They devalue life, humanity and therefore moments and love. My indifference and abhorrence is for evil people who pretend good. Such I pray against them.
My readers, wherever you are in the world, I will never want to hide a book like CTTD in print versions behind some backdoor at a Bluesie jazz comedy fest. Do not make me something other than human and humane with my books. Give your support. CTTD has been a lesson in law. Justice must be achieved. Give your support and hold on to the relativity.
