While telegram’s Durov may be applaudable for free speech, things like “child sexual images and violence” are nothing funny my readers. That’s because everything should have some rational sphere of inhibition or rather, limits. This is definitive of both personhood and platform. What do you get when there is neither limit nor liability. You get abuse, prejudice and terrorism. Thus I am still asking WRAY AND GARLAND where my money is.
