There is no reasonable thought to making a downgrade worse. Is there my readers? Except if you don’t care. I should know. It’s when the people that should help are the ones causing the condition. Like when thieves say the FBI told them to steal. Its when your actions differ from the reality of the condition. No doubt when you don’t care.
