On IQ Scopes: What is funny?

My readers for the love of life and intelligence, i can not figure out what is funny to this red assed snake. Is life so stupidly funny or is it the case of Dumber and Dumber, 2 of this shit and 2 of that shit? Maybe it needs to take a real natural science IQ test. Not the one the Caucasian keeps artificially concocting. Dont say I merely said it—what is funny? :
