Just last year, the US was in seventh place, before slipping to 10th in July of this year. Ten years ago, it was at the top of the list.

MAGA OH MAGA, why hsth thou failed the causefor justice and loyalty? Why hath thou failed so unceremoniously?

My readers, wherever you are in the world, I will never want to hide a book like CTTD in print versions behind some backdoor at a Bluesie jazz comedy fest.
